Disaster Management
When adversity strikes, Sanjivani Yuva Pratishthan steps forward as a beacon of hope. From the Bhuj earthquake in Gujarat and the Killari earthquake in Maharashtra to the devastating floods of Kolhapur and Chiplun, relief and rehabilitation efforts have been swiftly organized. Food, medical aid, and essential supplies have reached countless families in need, showcasing the organization’s commitment to humanity during the most difficult times.
COVID-19 Response
The COVID-19 pandemic tested the resilience of humanity, and Sanjivani rose to the occasion with unmatched dedication. A 500-bed hospital with 50 intensive care units was established as a free, dedicated COVID Health Care Center. Thousands of patients were given a second chance at life with the help of free medicines, sanitizers, masks, ambulance facilities, and quality medical care. These efforts not only saved lives but also restored faith and hope in countless families.
Social Initiatives
Sanjivani believes in uplifting society not just through healthcare and education but also through nurturing social harmony. One of the most impactful contributions has been the organization of community wedding ceremonies across all religions and communities. These weddings are dowry-free, conducted with full traditional rituals, and celebrated on a grand scale. The newlyweds are supported with essential household items, enabling them to begin their new journey with dignity and stability. About Vivek Kolhe
In a remarkably short span of time, Mr. Vivek Kolhe has established himself as a dynamic leader whose contributions span across cooperatives, education, industry, youth empowerment, environment, and healthcare. A visionary guided by the philosophy of “Service is Religion,” he carries forward the illustrious legacy of his grandfather, Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Kolhe, and works with the wisdom and guidance of his father, Shri Bipin Dada Kolhe (President, Sanjivani Group of Industries), and his mother, Mrs. Snehalata Tai Bipin Dada Kolhe (the first woman EX MLA of the Kopargaon constituency).
